Michelle: “After 15 years in the Army, I left without many qualifications to start a new career; so I was understandably nervous. Considering I had no idea what to do with myself, I figured the Account Technician Diploma would give me a qualification that could be used in a number of different career paths if and when I decided what I really wanted to do. I was a little nervous about this change of direction as I had no prior experience and was never any good at maths (even with a calculator ).
